2020 Lovo, 'Blossom' Rosso, Veneto, Italy

Producer: Salvatore Lovo works with his wife Rita & daughter Silvia, growing varieties of northern Italy, tending 17 hectares of high-altitude vines & working with like minded local growers. The winery was built in 2004 on farmlands that have been in the family since the 18th century.

Place: The estate is located in the village Vo, in the Colli Euganei DOC, south Veneto, northern Italy.

Cultivation: Practicing organic, sustainable & dry farming.

Varietal: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Cabernet Franc

Soil: Volcanic & Clay

Winemaking: Aged in stainless steel for 6 months, rested in bottle for 4 months before release.
