As Resident Sommelier & Cellar Master, Daniel hosts tastings, oversees all cellar storage, hosts wine tourism, and manages key B2B relationships. With two decades in restaurant, including Michelin stars and owning two icons in New England, and over 25 years in wine, he has built deep, lasting relationships with winemakers around the world, grounding his work in firsthand experience and trust.

Rebecca Myers is the General Manager of St Pete Cellars, where she has personally curated the shop’s selection of over 500 bottles through rigorous, hands-on tasting. Born in Bordeaux and with 25 years in wine—including work at a Michelin two-star restaurant and earning a Wine Enthusiast Award of Excellence for her wine lists—she brings deep perspective, precision, and distinction to the cellar’s offerings.

Jon Theris is a Partner, Wine Steward & Cellar Hand at St Pete Cellars, known for his deep knowledge, professionalism, and meticulous precision in the cellar. Born in the historic walled city of Carcassonne, he brings a grounded, Old World sensibility to the care and stewardship of the collection.
