Producer: A winery focused on showcasing the fruit of Washington State, using the European art of blending both grape varietals & vineyard sites, expressing the terroir of the region. Established in 1992 at the old Redhook brewery site by Chris Upchurch (winemaker), Jay Soloff, Greg Lill & Father Charles. Specializes in wines using Bordeaux style blends, & is well known for sourcing fruit from some of the oldest & well respected vineyards in WA, as well as from estate vineyards in Red Mountain AVA.

Place: Located in the Hollywood district of Woodinville, Columbia Valley, WA.

Name: The name honors the Lill family, who’s ancestor DeLille fled the city of Lille in France to escape religious persecution.

Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc 67%, Semillon 33%

Soil: Loess, Gravel sediment with a basalt bedrock.

Winemaking: Fermented sur lie in French Oak, 6 months aging in French Oak.
