Producer: Veronique Maret is the 4th generation winemaker, although the whole family participates in the work at the estate, including sister, Caroline, mother Mireille & father Michel. The style of the house is traditional winemaking with a deep rooted respect for the land.

Place: The estate holdings spread across over 68 acres in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras & Côtes du Rhone. This cuvée is from 2 parcels, ‘Pavane’ and ‘La Verde’ situated on plateau des Garrigues in the commune of Sarrian, Southern Rhône.

Farming: organic practices

Varietal: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah

Soil: sandy, clay soil

Winemaking: handpicked, destemmed fruit, long fermentation, maceration in vat, aged in various sized wooden barrels and conical wood vat
