Producer: Founded in 1988 by Dr. Bob Sinskey, an ophthalmic surgeon, trying to retire from medicine to be a grape grower, but as he was an in demand surgeon, he had his son manage things & finally take over the operation in 1996. Robert converted the vineyards to organic farming & focuses on being a sustainable farm, his wife Maria, an acclaimed chef & cook book author, cooks at the winery & farms the organic gardens. The winemaker Jeff Virnig crafts wines staying true to the vineyard & varietal.
