Producer: George Delille purchased the property in 1963 after training as a sommelier in Paris, he will spend the next 10 years restoring and replanting. His son Reynald took the reins in 1980, enforcing the strict philosophy of his father, joined by Jean d’Arthuys in 2020, as co-owner. The estate holds 35 hectares of vines & is renowned for creating age worthy wines of fineness & elegance.
Place: The estate is located in Ollioules, just east of Bandol in Provence, the ‘Gros Cerveau’ Mountain range on one side, the Mediterranean Sea on the other, coastal Bandol.

Varietal: 85% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, 5% Cinsault
Soil: The Trias-era soil is made up of limestone & reddish-brown clay & marl, inspiring the estates name – Terrebrune = brown earth.
Winemaking: 18 months of aging in oak barrels.
