Producer: Ric Forman, Napa Valley Icon, founded his estate in 1983 with the goal to create classically made wines inspired by the wines of the Bordeaux region. Growing on 11 acres of land split between 3 vineyard sites, each with different soil compositions But planted to the 4 Bordeaux varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot & Petit Verdot.

Place: The winery is located in the hills above St. Helena, at the base of Howell Mountain, Napa, California

Cultivation: Green Practices –  Practicing Regenerative Viticulture

Varietal: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc, 7% Petit Verdot, 3% Merlot –  All from Grande Roche

Soil: Gravel & sand

Winemaking: Aged 22 months in 50% new 50% 2 year old Bordeaux barrels
