Farming: Traditional farming, grapes come from vineyards all over Champagne including Montagne de Reims & Côte de Blancs.Varietal: 55% Pinot Noir & 45% Chardonnay – the fruit comes from 30-40 premiers Crus vineyards.
Vinification: Hand harvested grapes, a sparkling wine made in the traditional method, fermented in stainless steel vats, undergoes malolactic fermentation, aged in the cellar for 2-3 years, dosage at 8g/l.
