Producer: The house was founded in 1964, born from the alliance of 3 independent winegrower unions. Originally 18 members, now 1800 members who collectively own 2500 hectares of vineyards. The headquarters are in the Hotel de Brimont along the boulevard Lundy in Reims. A modern brand producing approachable Champagne, based mainly on Chardonnay from the cotes de Blanc. The ‘Mosaique’ line celebrates the diversity of plots and members/growers from which the grapes are sourced.
Farming: Sustainable Farming
Varietal: 45% Pinot Noir (18% red wine), 34% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Meunier, a third is reserve wine
Winemaking: Fermentation in temperature controlled tanks, malolactic, aged on the lees, in bottle for 3 years, rested in bottle for 3 months after disgorging, dosage 9 to 10 g/l.
