Producer: Giampaolo is the enigmatic, 4th generation winemaker & farmer of the Tabarrini family, tending 15 hectares planted to vines. He took over his parents farm in the late 90’s, making some transformations while maintaining a focus on quality & sustainability, creating authentic wines that are a true expression of the land, dedicated to the native varieties of Montefalco.
Place: Located in Montefalco, a historic hilltop town in the heart of Umbria, Central Italy.

Winemaking: Skin contact for over 1 month, at least 24 months in french oak barrels, aged in bottle for 12 months.
