Producer: For centuries The Gimonnet Family have been growers in Champagne, first selling their grapes then 1935 began making their own wine with Pierre Gimonnet. His son Michel revolutionized the domain, by starting to vinify Champagne parcel by parcel, creating the house style. Today the house is run by sons, Didier & Olivier & the holdings have expanded to 29.5 hectares predominantly in the Côte des Blancs. The Gimonnet house is famed for their elegant, ageworthy Blanc de Blancs that have true mineral freshness & carry the mark of specific terroir.

Cuvee: ‘Fleuron’ is a Blanc de Blancs combining the qualities of multiple plots of the estate, this was the domain’s first vintage cuvée.
