Producer: The Bouzereau family has been making wine in Meursault for 7 generations, Jean-Baptiste has been running the estate since 1999, renovating the winery & introducing organic farming. He is an advocate of traditional winemaking, ingrained in the history of their appellation. 

Place: The estate is located in Meursault, the grapes come from  a 1er Cru site ‘Vignes Franches’, bordering Clos des Mouches in Beaune, in the Cote d’or department of Burgundy, Eastern France.

WinemakingHandharvest, destemmed, macerated, fermentation with native yeast, aged for 1 year in barrel (30% new), 4 months in vat before bottling.
