Producer: The Bouzereau family has been making wine in Meursault for 7 generations, Jean-Baptiste has been running the estate since 1999, renovating the winery & introducing organic farming. He is an advocate of traditional winemaking, ingrained in the history of their appellation. 

Place: The estate is located in Meursault, grapes are from Magny & Sous La Velle in Meursault, Champs Perrier in Puligny Montrachet, Cote de Beaune, Cote d’Or, Burgundy, Eastern France.

Cultivation: Organic & Biodynamic practices.

Winemaking: Hand Harvested, slowly pressed after 24 hours of settling, transferred to barrel with fine lees, aged for 1 year in barrel, bottling takes place according to the lunar cycles, unfined, unfiltered.
